Almaas leverages her vast project management experience to develop strategies that help public-sector organizations, multinational corporations and startups in Singapore design and enhance customer and employee experiences. This involves leading projects aimed at reimagining user journeys and improving digital service delivery.
She also helps organizations measure and analyze user experience; manage projects for user research; design, build and implement digital projects; develop social media and content strategies; and conduct competitive research and benchmarking.
Earlier in her career, Almaas was Associate Digital Director at a leading media agency where she worked closely with media and performance marketing teams to identify strategies and solutions that help meet companies’ business objectives. She also mentored junior project consultants in their professional development as Project Director at a digital consultancy.
Almaas holds a Professional Scrum Master 1 certification and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Sociology from the National University of Singapore.
