David is a managing director in Ernst & Young LLP’s Financial Services Organization with a deep focus on life insurance transformation. He leads our Core Platform Modernization initiative and oversees integrated onshore and offshore teams across product design, technical architecture, data integration and governance, artificial intelligence (AI) enablement, testing and insurance operations. His teams deliver scalable, market-differentiating solutions for CEOs, CIOs and COOs of US-based life and annuity carriers.
In prior roles across the Big Four, he has led large-scale IT modernization initiatives spanning the Middle East and North Africa, Latin America and North America.
