With two decades of experience across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, Nathan has led major transformation programs for electricity and water utilities, ministries and regulators, and large financial institutions. His strength lies in turning strategic ambition into practical, scalable solutions, mobilizing multidisciplinary teams and aligning digital investments to business value.

Prior to joining the EY organization, Nathan held leadership roles at other global consulting firms. He brings a reputation for pragmatic delivery and collaborative leadership.
