Transfer pricing expert and leader within EY Slovenia. Loves solving complex transfer pricing and business cases and interacting with clients.
David joined EY Slovenia in 2020 equipped with 8 years of experience from working at another BIG4 company. He works mostly on transfer pricing engagements, including preparations of transfer pricing documentations (TP compliance), assisting clients in tax audits and assisting clients with setting up TP systems. In addition, he also engages in tax due diligence projects, tax structuring exercises and other business tax advisory.
In 2015, David spent one-year in London working in the M&A tax department at Deloitte UK, where he performed indirect tax due diligence projects and structuring exercises for private equity clients.
He has a graduate degree in international economics and has written several articles for Slovenian tax journals.
