Larni is the EY Asia-Pacific Transaction Strategy & Execution Leader as well as Strategy and Transactions (SaT) Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Leader. She joined EY in 2006 and has more than 20 years of consulting experience. Larni assists her clients on integrations, separations and transitions in the government, infrastructure and power and utilities sectors by performing operational diligence and providing consulting advice on transactions. She advises on synergy assessments, integration and separation planning, operating model design, standalone costing, project management and strategic options assessments.
She has an MBA from the University of New England, a BA from UNSW and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
