As the EY Global Talent Leader for People Advisory Services and Managed Services, Anne-Marie is responsible for the design and implementation of the Global PAS and Global Managed Services Talent strategy.
In her role, Anne-Marie oversees the full range of talent activities, including engagement and enablement, cultural change, leadership development, performance and reward, learning and organizational development, recruitment, diversity and inclusiveness, talent analytics and organizational collaboration. Prior to taking her current position, she was the Talent Leader for the Financial Services in EY Asia-Pacific based in Hong Kong, as well as the Diversity and Inclusiveness Leader.
Anne-Marie holds a BS in Social Psychology and Sociology from the University of Ulster and an MS in Occupational Psychology from Queens University, Belfast.

Previously, I was the Co-Chair of the Women of Influence in Hong Kong, and a Board member of the American Chamber of Commerce.
