Jay is the EY Global Energy-to-Intelligence (E2I) Leader, orchestrating the transformation of energy resources into sovereign artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystems. He brings together energy providers, infrastructure operators, technology suppliers, investors and policymakers, to build solutions that convert energy into actionable intelligence. His work in building national-scale AI capabilities is exemplified by projects such as Guyana’s first AI data center.

Prior to leading E2I, Jay served as the EY Global Emerging Technology Ecosystem Leader, where he managed strategic relationships with AI and frontier tech companies and investors, expanding EY reach across the ecosystem. Earlier in his career, he held senior governance and leadership roles, including Vice Chair of EY Americas, Presiding Partner of EY Americas and US Partner Councils, and membership on multiple executive committees. In his 35-year EY career, Jay is consistently recognized for his inclusive, innovation-driven approach and his commitment to building collaborative networks that drive transformation across industries.
