Jeff Chou is the Global Compliance Reporting Executive Director of Ernst & Young.

Jeff has extensive experience assisting foreign institutional investors from Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Australia, Canada and Japan in obtaining tax refunds and advance approvals for treaty benefits under Taiwan's income tax treaties. He has also participated in tax advisory projects relating to overseas investments made by Taiwan's government-managed labor pension funds.

Jeff holds a Master's Degree in Management from Tunghai University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fu Jen University. He also completed the Law Program at the School of Professional Education and Continuing Studies, National Taiwan University. In addition, he has passed the Certified Public Accountant examinations in Taiwan and the United States,and also is a member in Capital Market Committee and Tax Committee, American Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan.

With extensive industry experience and ongoing engagement with regulatory authorities, custodian banks and other market participants, he helps clients navigate evolving tax requirements while continuing to provide high-quality professional services.
