Rob is currently a Senior Relationship Partner in the Financial Services practice of Ernst & Young Australia. He has over 20 years of experience in senior commercial and marketing roles within the financial services sector. 

Between 2010 and 2014, he was the Chief Commercial Officer for one of the most successful airline frequent flyer programs in the world. The role included responsibility for managing the commercial revenues of the loyalty business but also developing a strategy and operating model to create new sources of growth in adjacent businesses. He managed the loyalty relationships with all their major partners. Rob also led the development and launch of a prepaid payment card.

Rob returned to the EY organization in 2014 and has been focused in advising clients on customer value growth strategies in financial services across Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, Hong Kong and Malaysia. He is knowledgeable in loyalty and customer engagement. Rob also advises non-FS players on potential market entry strategies into the segments of the FS market.
