Sean Lin is a Transfer Pricing Partner of Ernst & Young.

He has extensive working experience in international transfer pricing projects including pricing design, advisory on business restructuring and financial transactions, three-tier TP documentation, and TP audit defense etc. He also has many successful experiences in APA applications.

Sean earned a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Public Finance from National Cheng Chi University.

Sean assists clients in transfer pricing audit defenses and APA applications on a daily basis. In addition, he frequently acts as a speaker in transfer pricing seminars externally and internally.
