Shawn is the EY Americas Strategy, Innovation and Client Service Managing Partner. He helps clients drive growth and create new value by confirming that the EY organization remains agile and embeds AI, technology and innovation across strategy and execution.

A recognized industry leader, Shawn translates emerging technologies into meaningful client outcomes. Over his 30-year career, he advised leading organizations on complex transformation efforts, drawing on deep experience across AI, technology platforms, blockchain, digital assets and industry domains. He is known for advancing managed services, modern workforce models and ecosystem partnerships that enable solutions to scale and deliver lasting impact.

Shawn has held several senior EY leadership roles, most recently serving as the EY Americas Financial Services Leader, where he led a US$9b practice of more than 15,000 professionals. An inclusive and collaborative leader, he believes empowered teams and diverse perspectives are essential to creating value for clients and the organization.
