Yi-Shian Lin is the Tax Services Partner of Ernst & Young. His professional experience doesn’t limit to international tax advisory for corporates.
He also lectures on international tax and transfer pricing for National Taxation Bureau, universities and corporates. He is also in charge of the edits and reports of taxation regulatory trend for International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation.
Yi-Shian graduated from National Taiwan University as Bachelor of Accounting. He is also a MBA of New York University, US and LLM of International Tax Center of Leiden University, Netherlands.

Yi-Shian uses his experience in tax to attribute various academic papers and project reports related to international tax and anti-avoidance clauses. By sharing his insights, he helps promote the industry's understanding of global tax regulations. He is also an international tax lecturer at the Training Institute, Ministry of Finance, as well as Research Project Advisor of Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research.
