Year 2025 marks significant and comprehensive reforms in Vietnam, encompassing administrative processes, governance frameworks, institutional structures, and policy development. Through these reforms, the orientations set forth by the Party Central Committee have been clearly institutionalized in the system of laws and resolutions of the National Assembly.
In line with the policy to promote science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation, while reaffirming the increasingly important role of the private sector, sector-specific laws, the new Law of corporate income tax (CIT) together with its implementing guidelines, have been promulgated in a coordinated manner, thereby introducing numerous new incentive packages accompanied by specific conditions. These measures aim to foster scientific research, technological development, and the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as domestic businesses in supply chains.
To support businesses in timely updating and effectively applying these new regulations in practice, we are pleased to invite you to join our webinar on the topic: “Updates on CIT incentives in the new context”.
Key topics of the seminar include:
- Strategic legal reforms and the legislative development process that businesses should take into consideration
- An overview of CIT incentive policies and specific CIT incentives for priority sectors
