Jean-Pierre leads the Tax Policy and Controversy teams for the Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) region, advising clients on engaging with policymakers and facilitating tax audits and litigations.

Prior to joining us, he was Inspector General of Finance and spent 24 years working for the French Ministry of Finance, holding several high positions within the French tax administration.

Jean-Pierre is experienced with government policy. He led several major tax reforms in France and contributed to the modernization of the French tax administration. He launched several strategic initiatives, including a new tax auditor reporting system.

Jean-Pierre is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, holds a Diplôme D’Etudes Approfondies in Economics and graduated from the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA). He is a knight of the Légion d’Honneur and of the Ordre National du Mérite.
