Patrick leads the EY UK Financial Services Technology Risk practice, helping organizations modernize how they manage financial and nonfinancial risk through next-generation data, artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics. His work focuses on building technology-enabled risk functions that can adapt to regulatory complexity, govern with greater precision and provide measurable business outcomes.

He is a recognized leader in applying generative and agentic AI to risk management, designing approaches that integrate modern data platforms, advanced modeling and intelligent decision-making at scale. He speaks regularly at international forums on AI, risk transformation and financial crime innovation.

Patrick joined the EY organization in New York in 2009 before transferring to London in 2012. Prior to this, he worked with three technology start-ups in New York and in consulting in London.

He holds a master’s degree in Biological Anthropology from the University of Cambridge.
