Phuc is an EY-Parthenon Strategy Manager at EY Consulting Vietnam Joint Stock Company. He has extensive experience in applied mathematics, with a proven track record in strategy development, urban and environment management. Prior to joining EY, he was the Managing Director of top 3 Asphalt and Construction Material Trading company in Vietnam. Phuc is pursuing Juris Doctor (JD) from Harvard Law school, specializing in Human Rights and Environmental Law. Phuc received his Master of Science in Quantitative Finance from New York University, Courant Institute of Basic Sciences, US.
