Ted (Eduardo) is the EY Regional Managing Partner of the Latin America South Region and in charge of supporting the Region’s activities and integrating efforts to increase our growth within Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. Prior to leading EY Americas Latin America South Region, Ted led the EY Americas Risk Management organization, including internal risk assessments, compliance, ethics, privacy and independence, as well enterprise risk management. He also serves as member of the Global Practice Group.
Beginning his career as an attorney, both in private practice and with the US Government, Ted has spent the last 18 years at EY, assisting clients with internal investigations and compliance program structures for US regulatory obligations, as well as foreign standards.
Ted earned a master’s degree in Health Administration from Saint Louis University’s College for Public Health and a JD from Saint Louis University’s School of Law.

As a leader with extensive global experience, Ted champions diversity as a key ingredient for success in the market. Within EY, Ted is the Executive Sponsor of the US Latino Professionals Network, the affinity group for sponsoring and developing Latino talent in the US. He also is visibly active with Unity and participates in speaking events aimed at promoting a safe and inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ professionals. Outside of EY, he sits on the board of the Latino Donor Collaborative and is a board member of Gloucester Insurance Ltd.
