How Marc is building a better working world

"I am a coach, a mentor and a sounding board to many of our younger colleagues and have helped a number of them to make their next career steps, including sponsoring a few Partner promotions in my teams.

I have led very diverse teams at EY. For example, one consisting of 25 people of whom only 3 lived and worked where they were born and also those 3 have lived and worked abroad for a long time.

Actively supporting upcoming talent and ensuring everyone gets an equal chance to progress their careers in a country they selected to make their home - thus helping people to find success across borders and generations - has been very inspiring. I am bringing this mindset into the new normal that we are going to co-create in the wake of the pandemic, to help build a better working world."
