Omar Odeh is the EY MENA Consulting Leader, responsible for overseeing a regional team of more than 700 professionals across 11 countries. He leads the integrated offerings for EY Consulting, guiding cross-functional teams to support clients in areas related to technology, Data & AI, operations, sustainability, marketing, cybersecurity, risk, people & organization and finance. Omar sets the strategic direction for EY Consulting, ensuring that capabilities are aligned to deliver future-focused solutions for clients.
In his previous role, Omar served as the EY MENA Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) Leader. For seven years, Omar led multidisciplinary teams focusing on Finance Transformation and Digital Solutions, Projects and Assets Lifecycle Management, Transaction Accounting, IPO & Capital Markets, Climate Change & Sustainability, ICFR, Corporate Treasury, Managed Services, Accounting & Reporting and EY Academy.
He has led some of the region’s most complex programs, working with public institutions, regulators and private sector leaders on large scale transformation programs.
