Areas of focus

Bernadett has extensive professional experience in personal income taxation, social security, payroll, compensation, and human resources.

Beyond employment-related areas, she has significant experience in coordinating HR projects, implementing HR systems, and supporting and developing related HR processes.

She was responsible for reviewing and implementing cost-effective monetary and non-monetary benefit systems, and participated in HR audits, the development of HR policies, and the implementation of in-kind benefit programs.

Bernadett earned her degree in economics from Corvinus University of Budapest and began her career on the service provider side as a tax advisor, holding a professional qualification in tax consultancy. She later expanded her focus toward HR by obtaining a certified labor law advisor qualification from the University of Pécs.

Before joining EY, Bernadett worked in a leadership role on the corporate side, where she was responsible for HR administration, labor affairs, compensation and payroll, as well as the implementation and coordination of HR projects.

Her combined advisory and corporate experience enables her to thoroughly understand client needs and provide tailored support. In all collaborations, Bernadett prioritizes a client-centric approach, whether working with clients, individuals, or team members.

Her goal is to provide comprehensive strategic guidance on compensation and deliver innovative solutions that cover all aspects of employee remuneration.
