Daniel has extensive knowledge in the validation of technical provisions and reinsurance contracts, determining the solvency capital requirement (SCR) under Solvency II, and in ALM calculations, as well as in the pricing of non-life insurance products and other reserve methodologies.
In the position of actuarial function holder (AFH) for an insurance company, he was involved in the firm’s annual planning, reinsurance structure establishment, and in projects necessary for the implementation of the IFRS 17 International Financial Reporting Standard.
Daniel also has software development expertise. After graduating from ELTE's Institute of Mathematics and completing the joint master's program of the Corvinus University of Budapest and ELTE in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics, he received his Computer Science BSc at ELTE in 2021.
