Roland joined EY in 2019, prior to that he was working more than 13 years both as a strategic advisory and held various positions at several multinational companies responsible for strategy development, leading strategic projects as well as driving the digital- and agile transformation mainly in the financial services and telecommunications industries.
His main qualifications are in the field of strategy consultancy digital transformation, agile transformation and service design consulting.
Roland has a wide range of project experience such as creating a market entry strategy and implementation plan for a payment service provider, carve-out design and implementation of a leading electricity company or developing a digital strategy & readiness assessment for a leading commercial bank.
Roland has an MSc in Economics and he also holds a SAFe 4 Scrum Master and SAFe 4 Agilist certification as well as a PROSCI change management certification
