She has extensive experience in designing tax-efficient and incentive-based compensation structures, as well as in quickly establishing processes, agreements, and policies related to cross-border employment.
Veronika and her team established and operated for years the global mobility processes of one of the largest Hungarian companies with a significant foreign expatriate population, helping to ensure that assignments are carried out in a tax-efficient manner and in compliance with Hungarian and international law. Throughout her work, she has assisted numerous domestic companies in the design and implementation of tax-efficient salary and fringe benefit compensation systems that are motivating for employees and cost-effective for the company.
She holds qualifications as a social security and payroll specialist, a certified accountant, and a tax advisor.
She obtained her university degree from Corvinus University of Budapest, majoring in Investments and Corporate Finance.
