EY network member firms (“EY”) hereby welcome EY Immigration Corporation (“EYGH”), a newly established Gyoseishoshi Hojin which focusses on visa and immigration services.
EY also announces that it entered into a Business Transfer Agreement with WEDOFY HR Services Co., Ltd. (“WEDOFY”). Subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions of the Business Transfer Agreement by the parties, Yoshikazu Satoh, the president of WEDOFY and his team are expected to join EYGH as of 1 July 2020.
As part of EY People Advisory Services (“PAS”), EYGH plays a vital role in helping clients with their global mobility plans and operations. EYGH provides one-stop immigration services, bringing together consulting skills and knowledge in immigration compliance, with experiences in Japanese inbound visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, and short-term business traveler deployment. EYGH leverages the global EY network to provide clients with additional support for Japanese organizations with outbound visa applications.
EY PAS has more than 30 years’ experience in immigration services, and their global mobility services provide not only visa services but also tax-related services and mobility strategy and policy design services to provide a seamless cross border experience for HR, assignees and business travelers.
