Amangeldy holds the position of Partner in Strategy & Transactions at EY, where he leads the Transaction Diligence service line for Caucasus & Central Asia, leveraging over 20 years of experience in areas such as transaction support and financial management. His roles have seen him at the helm of EY's Financial Accounting and Advisory Services and Global Compliance and Reporting sub-service lines.

In his career, Amangeldy has directed due diligence efforts for various industries and has been pivotal in providing IPO and deal advisory services within the Central Asian market.

Educationally, Amangeldy is equipped with a degree in Engineer-Economist from South Kazakhstan State Technical University and a Master’s in Mineral Economics from Pennsylvania State University. He holds certifications as a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA), US Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
