Slavena is a principal in the EY-Parthenon Health Care and Private Equity practices. Based in New York, she spends much of her time advising private equity clients about M&A transactions and a range of topics, from growth strategy development and due diligence to portfolio management and divestment planning and execution. Slavena has spent over 10 years focused on the health care sector and her experience covers multiple subsectors, including multi-site providers, physician practice management, and outsourced services.
Slavena earned a BS in Finance and Management from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
