About the EY NextGen Women Competition

The first phase of the competition takes place in local countries. Finalists are challenged to think critically as they undertake both group and individual challenges. The country winners are invited to attend the global final. They work together to solve a case study, culminating with the announcement of the EY NextGen Women global winner.

    EY NextGen Women is open to women currently studying at university level or equivalent and who are interested in a future career in Strategy and Transactions.

    The first stage of the competition takes place in your country. Applications are managed at the country level. Contact us for more information.

    By entering the competition, you can make meaningful connections with EY leadership that will benefit your career.
