Karl is the EY-Parthenon Americas Technology, Media and Entertainment, and Telecommunications Sector Leader, Strategy and Transactions. For more than two decades, Karl has advised a broad range of clients in the TMT markets, including many of the market leaders in business-to-business information services. He also has extensive international experience, having advised clients and worked in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Karl holds a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
