André is a Tax Partner within the International Tax and Transaction Services team of EY Luxembourg.
He is focused in advising alternative investment fund managers in global tax projects, platform setups, financing transactions, divestments, joint-venture platforms, and actively sourcing transactions on an opportunistic basis.
André has a degree in Law from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and also holds an LL.M in International & European Tax Law from Maastricht University.
