With more than 20 years of experience in both in-house legal operations and professional services, he advises global organizations on modernizing legal functions, improving service delivery and creating scalable operating models allowing legal teams to focus on higher-value strategic work.

Dan has built and led multidisciplinary teams implementing large-scale legal transformation and managed services programs across contract management, compliance, entity management, litigation support and legal operations. His experience spans strategy, operating model design, service delivery and long-term operational execution.

Before joining professional services, he spent a decade in-house leading legal operations, technology and service delivery functions. He now works with EY legal, consulting and technology teams across the world to help improve efficiency, manage risk and accelerate outcomes for legal leaders and their departments.
