Kazuto leads the EY Japan Assurance Client & Industry strategy. He is driving innovation in the service delivery model, integrating audit and advisory capabilities to increase the value that EY delivers to our clients.
In his role as EY Japan Financial Services Advisory Leader, Kazuto leads the integrated operations of the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) and Technology Risk. He provides support tailored to the management challenges facing clients, ranging from regulatory compliance to growth strategies.
Leveraging a combination of strategic vision and an ability to execute, he has established long-term relationships with clients to help them shape the future with confidence.
Prior to joining the firm, Kazuto worked for a multinational investment bank in Japan, with responsibility for internal and external financial reporting, risk and regulatory management, capital adequacy ratio management and internal control assessment.
He is a CPA and serves on the Banking Industry Committee of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
