Pavel Nesvedov is a partner at our Luxembourg Real Estate practice focusing on real estate investment fund sector. He is experienced in providing audit and some non-audit services to large private and public international groups.
Pavel helped leading asset management firms with the design and launch of operating and governance structures for PE/RE funds.
He played a significant role in the development of the real estate reporting frameworks, including application of IFRS for real estate sector and investor reporting frameworks (INREV guidelines and ALFI best practices).
Pavel is in charge of the EY Real Estate Luxembourg IFRS technical desk. He is also part of the EY capital market group leading capital market engagements (IPO and bond offerings). Pavel is a Réviseur d’entreprises (IRE) Luxembourg and ACCA member (International and UK variants).
