Prakash is the EY Global Finance Managed Services Solutions and Capability Leader. In this role, he is responsible for shaping and scaling Finance Managed Services solutions, advancing AI-led, outcome-driven finance operations, and driving a consistent global approach to solution architecture and delivery.

Prior to joining this role, Prakash held senior leadership roles across managed services organizations, bringing deep experience in designing and delivering technology-enabled operating models. His background strengthens the EY organization’s ability to transform and run finance functions as strategic capabilities that unlock enterprise-wide value and support growth.

Prakash holds an engineering degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. He is an active participant in the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and resides in the UK.
