Saad is a Partner at the EY Luxembourg Real Estate Assurance practice. He joined EY Luxembourg as a manager in 2019 and spent six years in the Real Estate Assurance practice before becoming a Partner. Saad possesses extensive experience in auditing both regulated and unregulated real estate structures under IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP. Additionally, he has expertise in assurance services related to capital market transactions, including providing comfort letters for bond issuances.
Prior to his role in Luxembourg, Saad worked at the EY Bahrain office, which he joined in 2010. At the Bahrain office, Saad primarily focused on banking and capital market clients, gaining substantial experience in auditing both wholesale and retail banks, as well as Islamic and conventional banks.
Saad holds a Chartered Accountancy designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and a Chartered Accountancy qualification from the Institut des réviseurs d’entreprises ("IRE") in Luxembourg.
