Since 2022, EY PFS Solutions s.à r.l. has been accredited to provide GDPR Certification for companies. Being the first accredited company, we can certify Data Protection processes for Data Controllers and Data Processors based on the certification scheme under Art. 42 GDPR, following the opinion (1/2022) of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB).
