Gordon is the EY Canada Managed Learning Services Leader and Partner, Workforce Advisory, Ernst & Young LLP. He also leads EY Canada Modern Government Academy and AI Academy. He brings more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of business and IT, helping organizations adapt to change and deliver sustainable outcomes through technology-enabled transformation.
Gordon works with large enterprises to shape digital ambition, modern operating models and future-focused talent strategies. His work spans digital strategy, workforce capability building and the creation of learning cultures that support long-term transformation. He leads multidisciplinary teams that apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to develop new ways of working.
Gordon is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. He also holds an MBA and HBA degrees from Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario.
