Sofia is the EY Europe West Managed Learning Services Leader and the EY Switzerland People Consulting Leader. She supports organizations navigating large‑scale business and digital transformations in an increasingly complex environment. She works closely with leadership teams to help evolve professional capabilities, strengthen culture and embed change at scale through managed services–led approaches.

With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Sofia has supported clients across multiple sectors on transformation programs spanning change, culture and learning. She brings a creative mindset and fresh perspective to complex initiatives, balancing innovation with quality excellence to help organizations adapt and remain competitive.

Before joining the global EY organization, Sofia led change and culture initiatives at a global consulting organization. She is a business coach and a strong believer in lifelong learning, holding a major in Applied Mathematics, a Change Management certification from PROSCI, and a Strategy and Organization certification from Stanford University.
