In 2011, Jeiganthan Ramanathan founded Crescograph Solution, which is principally involved in the manufacturing and trading of raw minerals, with specialization in quartz, feldspar, fluorspar and industrial garnet. The company caters to various industries, namely the steel, cement, metal silicon and glass industries. Crescrograph Solution also supplies minerals for water-jet cutting and sandblasting in the oil & gas industry, as well as in sanitation.
The company experienced great challenges and losses a year after its establishment due to the meltdown of the metals industry. Nevertheless, Jeiganthan persevered through the crisis and managed to successfully turn the business around.
Jeiganthan’s wife, Logeswary Kavita, the Chief Financial Officer, started out with little knowledge and experience in business but has learnt through the years and is today an invaluable contributor to the success of the business.
