As the EY-Parthenon Americas Technology Sector Leader, Lukas advises clients on their most strategic questions ranging from inorganic growth to capital allocation.

Lukas previously served as the EY-Parthenon US Deal Finance Leader. In this role, he advised Fortune 500 companies’ CFOs on their most complex transactions, transformations and restructurings.

Before joining EY-Parthenon, Lukas was a partner with another Big Four firm. He started his career in the finance organization of a Fortune 100 consumer products company. Lukas has led four of the 10 largest M&A transactions ever, enabling a combined $12b+ synergy realization.

He has a PhD in Statistics and an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics.
