Order of the President of NAFA regarding the approval of the Procedure for communication by electronic means of remote transmission between the central fiscal body and natural persons, legal persons and other entities without legal personality
On 16 June, Order no. 1090 regarding the approval of the Procedure for communication by electronic means of remote transmission between the central fiscal body and natural persons, legal persons and other entities without legal personality was published in the Official Gazette.
The purpose of the Order is the communication using the "Virtual Private Space" service (hereinafter VPS) mandatory since 1 March 2022.
The communication procedure approved by this Order refers, inter-alia, to:
- the means of electronic identification of individuals, legal entities and other entities without legal personality in the electronic environment;
- documents and information to be communicated through the VPS;
- possibility for payment through VPS;
- rules to renounce and deny the access to VPS
- communication of information and documents, as the case may be, through the “Newsletter”, “Online Scheduling” and “Contact Form” services;
- conditions of communication through the above mentioned services.
In case of utilizing VPS, the Order mentions that no other way of communicating the administrative-fiscal act is to be used.
