Amar serves as the EY-Parthenon Americas Commercial Strategy and Excellence Leader, helping clients address their organic and inorganic growth agenda through business model innovation, new go-to-market models, sales and marketing effectiveness, and operating model design.
Prior to this, Amar had various leadership roles at a large professional services consulting company, helping clients develop customer-centric business models to drive improved revenue and profitability through the use of M&A, digital, analytics and new commercial models.
He has worked directly with CxOs, executives and business teams in all facets of growth strategy, business model design, alternative business strategies and large-scale transformations. He has lived in New York, London and Hong Kong and worked with companies throughout the world.

Professionally and personally, Amar is passionate about building inclusive teams and helping people and companies realize new capabilities.
Amar is actively involved in the American Diabetes Association, Ronald McDonald and MSK Cancer associations for kids. He spends his time driving key events such as the NYC Tour de Cure and the Ronald McDonald Fun Run, looking to bring more awareness and funds to addressing the growing needs around diabetes and pediatric cancer.
