Nabil Ghodhbane is a Partner in the Assurance practice at EY's Dubai office, bringing over 25 years of experience in audit, tax, and assurance services across the MENA region. He joined EY Dubai in 2007 after 11 years with other auditing firms, including his own auditing and tax practice. Nabil is also an Associate Professor at the Tunisian University of Technology, where he shares his expertise in financial engineering. A member of the Tunisian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Nabil is fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Italian, which complements his wide-reaching professional impact.
Nabil leads EY Assurance Digital transformation initiatives in the UAE. He has played a crucial role in introducing and advancing technology use in audits, such as automation, advanced analytics and now artificial intelligence (AI). Along with other EY leaders, Nabil has been supporting graduate recruitment and Emiratization efforts in the region. He has also mentored and coached many of our talents.
