Carlos has extensive experience from working as auditor in charge in both medium and large Swedish groups as well as listed and international companies. His focus is today on larger entrepreneurial companies and growth companies. The hallmark of Carlos is a strong commitment to customers and a large network of business and sports industries.
Many years of work as an auditor has given Carlos extensive experience in reporting and acting sounding board to management groups, audit committees, elected auditors and boards. As one of the initiators of EY's Sports Business Services, Carlos has a good knowledge of goal management and organizational issues in corporate activities, associations and clubs, such as football clubs and hockey clubs.
In addition to the work as auditor, Carlos is also responsible for EY Entrepreneur Of The Year, both nationally and in the region of Stockholm.
Carlos holds an MBA from Stockholm University.
How Carlos is building a better working world
Carlos regularly lectures for former active elite athletes who are now on their way to a second career in business. He has also taken the initiative to start EY Sports Business Services in Sweden. It is a nationwide network that supports sport and its stakeholders with EY's services in auditing, accounting, business advice, tax and transactions. Sports Business Services cooperates with several associations and organizations to reduce segregation in society with sport as a tool and arena.
Carlos is also responsible for EY Entrepreneur Of The Year. For several years he has worked purposefully with the creation of role models for tomorrow's entrepreneurs in all groups in society.
