Ewa leads the EMEIA GDS EY ServiceNow practice. She and her global team is responsible for the pre-sales, delivery and managed services of entire ServiceNow platform modules.
Since 2007 she has been with one of the largest EMEIA Service Integrator and Consulting firms, where she was responsible for sales, large outsourcing deals and Cloud division in the region Benelux and DACH. Since 2019 Ewa has been working as Chief of Staff EMEIA for one of the enterprise SaaS companies where she was responsible for EMEIA Sales Strategy & Programs. She was also co-responsible for building their long-term EMEIA strategy planning.
Ewa graduated from universities in Poland and Germany (University of Zielona Gora, Potsdam University) where she studied German literature and language.

It is not only my passion but also my personal and social duty to initiate, lead and execute the sustainability and social change programs.
Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging ("DIB") has been spoon-fed to me. I prefer to work with different cultures and nations. It makes me open-minded, loyal and broadens my horizon. I am the initiator and member of many diversity programs: European Women in Technology in Amsterdam 2020 and Warsaw 2022, Diversity Challenge and #shebelongs@EYGDS Consulting. I also frequently participate in EY DIB's panels as a host and speaker.
