Henrik is based out of the Stockholm office focusing on clients in the TMT and PE sectors. He oversees the Strategy and Transaction practice in Sweden and is also responsible for the build out of EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Strategy and Execution capabilities across the Nordics.
Prior to joining EY in 2010 to start up the Nordic strategy practice, today EY-Parthenon, Henrik worked at a boutique that combines consulting with small-cap investments.
Henrik has approximately 20 years of experience, from strategic and operational development, and transactions advisory.
TMT sector experience includes a broad range of projects for a variety of clients, including OEMs, service providers, technology, and software companies. Assignments for private equity clients include commercial and operational due diligence projects as well as value creation programs for portfolio companies.
