Niclas leads EY’s Nordic Energy M&A team and have advised on a large number of flagship transactions for the likes of E.ON, Fortum and a number of other utilities and infrastructure funds in transactions across the Nordics. He has experience from the wide range of energy, renewable and other infrastructure assets and has an industry background from the M&A team of a large Nordic utility prior to joining EY. Niclas has an M.Sc in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics as well as a degree in Political Science from Stockholm University
