Ulrika is a Director in EY’s Technology Consulting and area lead for Project & Program management. Ulrika is also Human Capital & People Lead for Technology Consulting in Sweden.
She is an accomplished leader with 15+ years of experience from large transformation projects, digitalization, change management, operations, performance management and innovation management. She has mainly worked within public sector and construction sector but has also acquired knowledge from telecom and transport.
Ulrika holds a Master (MSc) in Industrial Economics and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

“For me “building a better working world” means two things. First, it’s all about building the people and the team, enabling everyone with the right possibilities to work their magic. Seeing someone perform and grow is extremely satisfying. Second, it’s important for me to work with things that truly matter. For me this often means projects in the public sector, where I can aid in developing our communities, cities, regions and governments. The large transformational projects in this sector fascinate me, and it always seems to arise important challenges here to solve.”
