Anne Patricia Sutanto is the Vice CEO of PT Pan Brothers Tbk, one of Indonesia's largest garment manufacturing companies headquartered in Tangerang. The company operates several manufacturing facilities and produces a diverse range of garments, including technical, functional and active wear, as well as woven garments. With approximately 28,500 employees, PT Pan Brothers Tbk collaborates with many of the world’s leading global brands.
Inspired by her belief that clothing empowers livelihoods, Anne joined PT Pan Brothers Tbk in 1997 during a period of significant operational challenges. She brought clarity, implemented data-driven decision-making and accountability within teams, recognizing that people are the true catalysts for operational excellence. This focus on talent development, particularly for women leaders, resulted in more than half of the company's supervisors being women, thereby enhancing communication and employee retention.
Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. She recently graduated from the University of Indonesia with a degree in Law. Beyond her role at PT Pan Brothers Tbk, she actively contributes to Indonesia’s industrial agenda, serving as Chairwoman of the Indonesia Garment and Textile Association (AGTI) and in various advisory roles.
Looking ahead, Anne envisions scaling digital and Industry 4.0 capabilities, deepening circular and traceable production and continuing to develop strong talent pipelines, particularly for women leaders on the production floor. The goal is not only to grow in volume but also to enhance value, establishing the company as a reliable, agile and responsible manufacturing partner.
