Bujinlkham Bold

EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ Asia-Pacific Class of 2026
CEO and Co-Founder, Nano Group, Greater China

Bujinlkham Bold is the CEO and co-founder of Nano Group, one of Mongolia’s leading diversified consumer and service companies. Founded in 2007, Nano Group has evolved into a nationwide organization with modern logistics infrastructure and a strong commitment to ethical operations. Over the past two decades, Bujinlkham has played a key role in shaping the country’s FMCG distribution landscape through long-term partnerships with global brands such as Unilever, Beiersdorf and Mars.

Bujinlkham began her entrepreneurial journey with her husband as first-generation business owners, aiming to bring higher standards and reliable products to Mongolia. Inspired by her husband’s resilience and strategic thinking, she navigated economic challenges and supply chain pressures to build a diversified organization. A passionate swimmer and mother of four, she advocates for women’s leadership, personal growth and lifelong learning.

In addition to her work in FMCG, Bujinlkham introduced the RE/MAX franchise to Mongolia, growing it into the largest real estate network with over 85 offices and 1,500 agents. She is a strong advocate for governance reform in the real estate sector and has recently collaborated with the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce to establish the Disciplinary Advisory Board, which aims to improve transparency and protect consumers.

Bujinlkham is dedicated to transforming Nano Group into a sustainable organization, with a vision to expand its footprint, deepen international partnerships and create high-quality employment opportunities for the next generation.

Our vision is to serve customers with world-class quality, trust and transparency — bringing global brands, reliable services and ethical real estate practices to families across Mongolia. We aim to exceed expectations, strengthen long-term relationships and create a business that enhances everyday life for every customer we reach.
