Lian Feng is the General Manager of Shanghai ZhenMiao Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a technology-enabled home textiles company based in Shanghai, China, founded in 2003. The company employs more than 100 people and specializes in the manufacturing, processing and sales of Tourmaline bedding and various personal care products.

Lian graduated in 1984 from Nanjing Aviation University with a major in Aerodynamics and spent a decade working with a government aviation authority, as well as in international joint ventures. In 1995, she stumbled upon Japanese magnetic therapy mattresses, which significantly improved her ailing mother's sleep. This experience inspired her to promote a healthy lifestyle through innovation, with the aspiration to "create a happy Chinese family through healthy sleep."

Under Lian's leadership, Shanghai ZhenMiaoBiotechnology Co., Ltd developed advanced products, obtained numerous patents and conducted hundreds of popular science lectures to help millions achieve better sleep. Recognized as Shanghai High-tech Enterprise and Shanghai Specialized and Special New Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, the company has also passed ISO 9001 certification and has been a partner of China's aerospace industry for nine consecutive years.

Looking ahead, Lian aims to focus on product upgrading and brand building, accelerate omnichannel development and expand into new categories and overseas markets. Ultimately, she envisions the company occupying a leading position in the mid-to-high-end healthy sleep and technology-enabled products market, becoming an industry benchmark brand with tens of millions of users.
